At the beginning, I was more scared but now I am into a very healthy and practical schedule. I have work days, volunteer days, study days and fun days. It is about balance. It is about self care and caring for others.
The ability to identify the things you can change versus those you have no control over and find ways to cope.
I consider myself to be a caring person – but COVID-19 has made me even nice, tolerant and patient 🙂
